Hole 3, Par 5

Blue: 464m
White: 444m
Red: 417m
Index: 15
The sound of heavy traffic on the busy road on the right should be shut off from the mind as players line up for their tee shot. Tall trees flank the fairway and it is interesting to note the existence of two trees that are growing smack in the middle of the fairway. They are the 200m and 250m markers for golfers. The dog-leg left hole has two fairway bunkers intruding into the fairway on the left and right around the 220m mark. If you manage to avoid the two bunkers, be wary of four other bunkers enroute to the green. The elevated green slopes right to left. The fairway shots have to take into consideration the overhanging branches of the Flame of the Forest on the right while a drain marking the end of the fairway on the left has to be avoided. Don’t over-hit the approach shots as trouble lies after the green. The Par 5 is accessible for long hitters with two shots to the green and therefore can pave the way to an eagle or birdie.
