course 01

Hole 5, Par 3

Blue: 160m
White: 147m
Red: 124m
Index: 17
The white stakes marking OB on the right has to be taken seriously while a waste bunker stretches on the right side of the fairway with two piles of neatly arranged rocks to add to the difficulty in playing the hole. A waste bunker is an area on a golf course that is typically sandy, usually large, that might also have rocks, pebbles and some vegetation in it. Two small bunkers after the green and a cluster of bamboo and a pond, several metres after the green, spell trouble for those who over-hit from the tee box. The large green slopes left to right and requires that the tee shot be as close to the pin as possible for a circle or triangle on the score card.
